MonroviaLiberia: Supreme Court Justice Jamesetta H. Wolokolie has placed a temporary halt on all proceedings in the Capitol Building arson case involving lawmakers J. Fonati Kofa, Dixon W. Seboe, Abu B. Kamara, and Jacob C. Debbie.

The order, issued through the Office of the Clerk of Court on Thursday, September 25, follows a petition filed by former House Speaker Kofa and others against Judge Roosevelt Z. Willie of Criminal Court “A.”

Justice Wolokolie has summoned Judge Willie to appear for a conference on Thursday, October 2, at the Temple of Justice.

The case, which began at Criminal Court “A,” has drawn national attention due to its political significance. All lower court proceedings remain suspended until the Supreme Court decides on the petition.
