Monrovia – Heavy rainfall has flooded parts of Paynesville, Central Monrovia and Outland Community. Damaging several homes and leaving citizens homeless.
The rainfall also caused several flooding and traffic congestion within the Clara Town area. Residence of these areas faces Challenges of leaving their homes. Doe Community was a place of attraction, where many struggled to leave their homes by using Canoes while those near the waterway were affected seriously and are now homeless.
Various Schools in these affected Communities find it difficult to have students due to the flood from the heavy down pull of Rain leaving Many homeless. The Citizens called on the National Government, especially the National Disaster Management Agency and the Liberia National Red Cross to kindly come to their aid.
